When will my order arrive?
You pick the delivery day and time window at checkout. The earliest day is shown there — usually from 2 days after you order.
How is delivery kept cold?
Every order is packed in an insulated liner with ice packs to keep it cold until it reaches you.
Is the meat fresh or frozen?
Each product page says which. Fresh cuts are portioned close to dispatch; frozen items are vacuum-packed and frozen at peak.
Can you cut something to my spec?
Usually, yes — thicker steaks, a trimmed brisket, a rack frenched. Leave a note at checkout or message us on WhatsApp before you order.
Do you do bulk or BBQ party orders?
Yes. Message us with headcount and date and we will put together a package and a price.
Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?
Yes. Choose "Pickup" at checkout and pick a day and time, then collect from our pickup point. Pickup is free. It is a collection point for online orders only — there are no walk-in sales.
