Minimum order and fees

Delivery orders have a minimum of HK$800 (before any discounts). Delivery is free on every order that meets the minimum.
Pickup has no minimum and is always free.

When your order arrives

You choose your delivery day and time window at checkout. The earliest available day is usually 2 days after you order.
Orders that include catering need at least 4 days’ notice — checkout only offers dates that allow for this.
Time windows are our best estimate. Traffic and conditions on the day can cause delays, and we are not able to refund or discount late deliveries.

Where we deliver

We deliver across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, including Lantau (such as Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and the South Lantau beaches) and Ma Wan. A small number of remote locations — for example Mui Wo — can’t be reached. If your address can’t be served, we’ll contact you to arrange pickup instead or cancel the order with a full refund.

Receiving your order

Please make sure someone aged 18 or over is available to receive your order during the window you chose, and that your phone number is correct — the driver may call on the day.
Your order is packed in an insulated liner with ice packs. Put it in the fridge or freezer as soon as it arrives.
If the building has no lift, the order is handed over at the building entrance.
If nobody is available to receive the order, we will arrange another delivery. A HK$100 re-delivery fee applies.

Bad weather

If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning, is in force, deliveries are suspended for everyone’s safety. Affected orders move to the next available day, and we will contact you to confirm.

Pickup

Prefer to collect? Choose Pickup at checkout and pick a day and time, then collect from our pickup point. Pickup is free. The pickup point is for collecting online orders only — products cannot be bought there in person. Please bring your order number.
